This week’s Wine Wednesday features our first organic winery on the show, Broc Cellars in Berkeley! Founder Chris Brockway came in to chat with Alicia and I, and we learned all about what goes into the process of making a natural wine, as well as what it takes to grow grapes biodynamically. Chris brought in a delicious array of wines to taste including the Old Vine Carignan, the Vine Starr Zinfandel, and the Cab Franc Rose’ Sparkling Wine.
