Kathy Griffin is truly in hot water! As you’ve probably already heard, she decided to do a very risky photo shoot with photographer Tyler Shields, using a prop made to look like a bloody detached Trump head.
The whole time I watched the video, I found myself waiting for the joke. I’ve been a fan of Kathy Griffins for a long time, so I figured that even though it was extremely gross, she must find some way to make this funny. Right?

She’s since apologized and admitted that the incident was wrong and not funny, but she has already been fired from CNN’s New Year’s Eve show and lost at least one endorsement deal. She may also face a full investigation by the Secret Service.
Not a great week for Kathy. As somebody that loves My Life On The D-List and her stand-up, I’m really just surprised that she would ever do something like this. To inadvertently threaten the President is simply below her. I’m really just confused by her actions. I think it was right for Kathy to apologize, but I don’t think that’ll be the end of her issues. I have a feeling this will haunt her for a long while.
