ASP.NET Web Developer
We are looking for an experienced ASP.net Web Developer to develop intranet and extranet web applications for a three to six month contract. The successful candidate will have been responsible for the development of web based applications for content management, eCommerce and enterprise systems. The candidate will work with the internal engineering team to maintain existing sites and develop new sites. The individual must be detail oriented, possess excellent programming skills and have the ability to translate business requirements to development specifications.
Specific requirements include:
- Experience developing or managing web/Internet based products or services across multiple industries.
- Microsoft Certified Developer or proven track record developing ASP.NET web applications
- Experience working with C# or Visual Basic
- PHP, Drupal, UI and web page design a plus
- Demonstrated ability to transform design requirements into a product vision and product roadmap
- Track record of success in having launched successful web applications in high visibility situations
- Superior knowledge of SQL language and developing database driven applications
- Ability to communicate clearly, organize effectively and document work thoroughly
- Ability to multitask and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities

Account Executive
KFOG 104.5/97.7 is looking to hire a dynamic Account Executive
for outside sales to sell air time, station events and station
website. Candidates must have the ability to develop new business,
make face-to-face sales calls, manage account lists, prioritize
work assignments, meet deadlines and sales goals and deal effectively
with other station departments.
Training will be provided immediately to include prospecting,
cold calling, sales presentations, negotiating and closing skills,
media knowledge, event and web sales and coverage of topics such
as agency strategy and client level selling.
Qualifications:
1. Must have at least 1-2 years outside sales experience.
2. Business, Marketing or Broadcasting degree preferable.
3. Computer knowledge, Word, Excel, Tapscan (a plus).
4. Must own a personal car.

Internships
Cumulus San Francisco (KNBR, KFOG, 107.7 The Bone) is currently accepting applications for a number of paid internships. All internships will be available during the Summer Semester.
1. Part-time paid interns to work with the Promotion Department for the Summer Semester 2008 (Late May - Late August).
Candidates will assist the Marketing and Promotion staff with promotions (including San Francisco Giants, Bone Bash, and KFOG Local Scene Month), public relations and special events throughout the Bay Area. Internship also includes some office and clerical work, as well as participation in contest and event coordination. Each intern will receive a broad experience in radio promotions and opportunities are available to learn about other departments as well. Each job opening averages approximately 20-25 hours per week and includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Position requires the following:
- Must be a currently enrolled college student or have graduated from college within the last six months.
- Must have a valid California Driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must have a GPA of C or above.
- Course of study in communications/broadcasting or marketing/public relations are preferred.
- Must have good communication skills - phone and writing.
- Must have excellent office and computer skills.
- Must be familiar with the KNBR, KFOG, 107.7 The Bone format.
- Must have flexible hours and be able to work at least 20 hours per week, includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.
2. Part-time paid intern to work with the Sales Department for the Summer Semester 2008 (Late May - Late August).
Candidates will assist the Sales staff with Sales Proposal Organization, Mailings & Distribution, and general office & clerical work, as well as participation in contest and event coordination. Each intern a will receive a broad experience in radio sales and opportunities are available to learn about programming, promotions, and other departments as well.
The position averages approximately 20-25 hours per week during office hours (9a-6p)
Position requires the following:
- Must be a currently enrolled college student or have graduated from college within the last year.
- Must have a valid California Driver’s license.
- Must have a GPA of C or above.
- Course of study in marketing/sales/business/public relations are preferred
- Must have superb communication skills - phone and writing.
- Must have excellent office and computer skills.
- Should be familiar with the KNBR, KFOG, or 107.7 THE BONE format.
- Must have flexible hours and be able to work at least 20-25 hours per week
