A teenage girl from New York City has been arrested for whipping up a homemade recipe for pepper spray, and splashing it in the face of a classmate during a fight last Wednesday morning. WCBS-TV reports the girl, 16-year-old Princess Hall -- who cops dubbed the "Pepper Spray Princess" -- admitted to using jalapeno peppers and a bottle of spring water to whip up her DIY weapon, which she says she sprayed in the eyes of a female classmate at a bus stop.

Hall was charged with assault and harassment, and her victim was taken to the hospital to have her eyes rinsed.
