Cheeto
Cheeto with Dennis
Cheetos’ family is moving to New York and feel he would do better staying in the Bay Area. He was originally adopted by a family from Lab Rescue about 4 years ago. Cheeto has a gorgeous reddish coat. Although Cheeto is blind, he gets around his 2-story home pretty well, including the stairs. He is a big boy who needs to lose some weight, but his family just took him to the vet and he passed his wellness check with flying colors. According to the family, Cheeto is very good with kids, but they have no idea about cats. Since boarding with this foster, he is interactive, sweet, and happy go lucky. He loves playing with his toys when he is at with the boarder and plays with the other dogs. He also walks well on a leash. We are confident that Cheeto has great potential. We feel strongly that with the right family he will thrive. Adopting a blind dog can be challenging but so rewarding. Check out this website www.blinddogrescue.com for more information about the wonders of living with and training a blind dog. Although Cheeto has lived with kids, we feel any kids should be 8 or older to be sure they understand about his blindness. We also feel Cheeto would do best in a home with another dog to play with and help teach him the lay of the land. Cheeto is up to date on his shots and microchipped. If you are interested in this special boy, please call GGLRR rep Ronnie at 408-738-0841.

Heart
Heart with Dennis
Find love in your “Heart” with this gorgeous, 1-year-old spayed rabbit.
Heart is a delightful mix of beauty and brains! Did you know rabbits can learn their names, play with toys, use a litter box like a cat and will bond to their human guardians for life?
Heart is looking for her loving forever home with people who will allow her to be a pampered indoor house rabbit. No outside hutches for this lady! After some fun time running and playing in your home, she'd love to sit next to you on the sofa and watch some TV.
Heart, like most rabbits, is more fragile than a cat or dog. Rabbits are typically not a good choice for families with children under 5 years old. With proper care, house rabbits can live to be more than 10 years old. The most compassionate and cost-effective way to adopt a spayed or neutered rabbit is to adopt from a rescue group or local animal shelter. Find Love in Your Heart!
If you are ready to bring some love and joy into your home, Heart is your girl! Contact Marcy at SaveABunny rabbit rescue at 415-388-2790 or visit SaveABunny's Web site at www.saveabunny.org to learn more about adopting a rescued rabbit, volunteering or making a tax-deductible donation.
