If you’re a Game Of Thrones fan or if you’ve been on the internet lately, you’ve probably heard about the recent coffee cup mistake.

The uproar from fans pointing out the mistake has prompted HBO to take action. Game Of Thrones responded on Twitter writing, “News from Winterfell. The latte that appeared in the episode was a mistake. Daenerys had ordered a herbal tea.” Apparently the cup has now been digitally removed from the HBO Go streaming service,
Art director Hauke Richter stated, “We are usually so diligent that this does not happen. The shoot was very hard and demanding and it is likely that after a very tiring episode three shoot, this was simply overlooked by an exhausted crew.”
