Comedian Adam Cayton-Holland talks about turning tragedy into comedy

We’ve all heard the old adage: tragedy + time = comedy, but what is that actual process like?

Comedian, writer, and star of TruTv’s “Those Who Can’t”, Adam Cayton-Holland stopped by for a chat about his life in stand-up comedy, as well as his new book Tragedy Plus Time, where he explores the intersection of comedy, family, and tragedy after his sister committed suicide.

Adam opens up in a very honest way about the subject of grief and how comedy can be used as a part of the healing process for those who have suffered through personal tragedies.

As honest as he is, Adam still manages to deliver the laughs in this touching, yet hysterical conversation.

Catch Adam all weekend at Punchline Comedy Club in San Francisco and follow Adam on all social media @CaytonHolland
