“How do we take off the holiday weight?” with nutrition and fitness expert Jonny Chai

After struggling to take off the extra ten pounds that I’ve put on over the past year, I figured it was time to get help. Luckily, a friend introduced me to local nutrition and fitness expert Jonny Chai in order to get things back on track. Since I know I’m not alone in gaining a bit of weight, especially after the holidays, I figured it would be a great time to have Jonny on the show to Explain Like I’m Five: How do we take off the holiday weight?

Jonny is full of useful tips on ways to make eating right not seem like such a daunting task, and he is amazing at breaking it all down into a simple, easy-to-follow plan.
