Inside Outside Lands: Arthur inhales delicious lamb burger


There are many food booths to choose from at Outside Lands but certain smells take over and guide you. For us that was Blackcat’s lamb burger.

While desperately looking to replenish our energy from a long day at Outside Lands Arthur was taken over by a smell. Chef Alicia McCarron-Jenish of the newly opened Blackcat was pleased to showoff her creation and we were just as happy to eat it.

“We’re doing a lamb burger with a greek salad on top with a little yougurt-ranch,” Chef Alicia said.

Chef Alicia was inspired by a burger at their restaurant and jazz club in the Tenderloin but also by her love of lamb.

“The bread is toasted perfectly!” Arthur exclaimed. “It’s so good! See the thing is, lamb kabobs I love but they don’t have the bread!”
